Reshaping Your Life, Relationships, and Organization for Fulfillment and Satisfaction
Reshaping your life, relationship, and organization for fulfillment and satisfaction.
Why? As I observe and reflection on today’s world, I see the necessity for change. Over a long horizon of time in the drive towards becoming civilized, we as humans have lost key aspects of our humanness. My purpose is to further our full humanity for the sake of a better future for all of us.
Welcome! I'm Mark Mooney, a Master Somatic Coach specializing in a unique approach that blends a Somatic coaching process with a deep ecological conscience. I work with individuals, couples and organizations to support reshaping for the demands and requirements of the future. To learn more, I invite you to look around my site. I've featured main services below to guide your exploration.
As always, feel free to contact me if you have questions or if there is any way I can support you.
MY MISSION
The cultivation and art of living the wholeness of our humanity in all aspects of life

Ecosomatic Transformation
“Other animals, in a constant and mostly unmediated relation with their sensory surroundings, think with the whole of their bodies.” ― David Abram, Becoming Animal: An Earthly Cosmology
Ecosomatic transformation is an approach that includes a somatic process of embodied change with the principles of deep ecology to produce deep satisfaction and fulfillment in individuals, couples, families, communities and organizations. Ecosomatics connects deeply to the essence of values, morals, ethics and standards to the extent that those values can be lived and embodied. This means that the actions, habits, and practices of individuals and organizations as a whole are aligned, lived, and expressed by how individuals relate and care for each other and how important decisions are made.

The Art and Mastery of Long-Lasting Relationships
“nothing in this world was more difficult than love.” ― Gabriel García Márquez
The Art and Mastery of Long-Lasting Relationships is the ground of our relationship offers. Having been in relationship since 1978 and doing intense individual and couples work since 1990, my partner, Madeline, and I have learned what makes a long-lasting relationship work. With both of us having been teaching and coaching since 1998, we have developed a successful somatically based process to support people in relationships to have the skills and practices necessary to live together their whole lives in a fulfilling and dynamic way.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” – Howard Thurman

Humanity in High-Performance Teams
“If you get the culture right, most of the other stuff will just take care of itself.” – Tony Hsieh
Forming and developing professional high-performance teams requires a blend of our being-self and our doing-self. Best practices of our doing-self include accountability, commitment, collaboration, efficiency, and a well-defined culture. Best practices of our being-self include compassion, self-management, connection, inclusion, kindness, and care. Blending these attributes is the ground of high-performance teams. The blending and embodiment of doing and being offers the foundations of high performance teams.
